All pieces are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure quality and prevent transit damage.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original, undamaged packaging.

Earrings, customized pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ll replace it or cover the return shipping.

As a small independent studio, this policy helps us continue creating limited-edition pieces with care and minimal waste.
